Hmm, I'm not sure, stick around to get this verified by an Admin but...
You still need the winrar which as far as I've heard, won't work on most Mac's. I've also heard that Mac's have a similar program that works for extracting.
Again, these are just things I've heard but I'll get an admin to respond soon.

As long as you extract the files, you can play it on both PC's and Macs. (:

Mac's cant use winrar properly which is the problem for max users.

1. Google for a program that extracts your files on your mac. And extract them.
2. You will have to edit the Run Client file since macintosh don't support that shortcut what I know of. (I helped my friend 2 days ago).
This is what you should see:
@echo off java -Xmx512m -cp .;Theme.jar Gui
In my case, I would have to edit the path "java".
My java.exe is in "C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\bin\java.exe
Example: @echo off --->start C:\Sun\SDK\jdk\bin\<----java -Xmx512m -cp .;Theme.jar Gui
