Suggestions so far:
Add fire cape as a donation item. Fix the dark bow spec. Add untrimmed skill capes. Make clan chat work? (Tough to do, I know). Add specific donation items / prices. Fix fight pits / castle wars. Agility
I'll talk to you on msn about other ideas
